Produced in a socks factory, our mask is comfortable, totally customized with the customer design (made with the yarn, not printed), with antibacterial and water repellent treatment, and can be washed at least 15 times maintaining the treatment.

Social face masks, woven bags, and socks

Lately, there is a huge quantity of startups focusing their sales on recycled or wasted products of the textile industry.

This is really very good because otherwise these products would be lost, sent for large landfills or trash dumps and burned.

Using these wasted materials, we can reutilize them in new and useful products, for the current needs.

This way since the beginning of the pandemic, we are producing, social face masks with the wasted knit of the production of the t-shirts, woven fabrics, coming from the shirts and home textiles production and woven bags, for the bread, fruit, and vegetables, avoiding the usage of plastic bags. With wasted wool, we produce warm and comfortable socks.

All these products with fair prices for all; for the supplier, the customer, the end consumer.

Not for sports sneakers but for casual, the construction Blake is more strong for a more durable sneaker.

For our next productions, we will give more importance to the use of Bamboo on our products. Our reasons are clear, we want to use products, that have a less nocive impact on our environment.

So maybe the bamboo is the most sustainable resource in the world:

– The bamboo is an organic product, doesn´t need any chemical;
– Maybe is the plant with the fastest growing, need only 5 years for its maturation, the other trees need 30-40 years;
-When bamboo is harvested it will continue to grow new shoots from its extensive root system;
– Absorbs carbon dioxide and emits 30% more oxygen than an equivalent stand of trees;
– Is one of the few plants that can keep up with deforestation;
– No genetic modification;
– No irrigation required.

We already start with socks, during next weeks we will start with t-shirts and long sleeves, for now, are in a period of experimentation, we need to choose the best and reliable suppliers and test all yarns received, unfortunately, not all the Bamboo yarns received correspond to our quality standards.

Let´s make it possible for everybody

Since the beginning of the year that, at least 15 customers all startups, have contacted us to produce socks with bamboo. As the minimum by color is 15kg. and this quantity is considered high for them since they wanted to buy not more than 60-100/color, the business was not done.

Now and inside our new concept to help who starts, with small budgets, the “Shared Production”, we ask to all that still are interested to buy that quality of socks, to inform their assistants, about the colors (see our catalog) that they would like to produce the socks.

The idea is to know if, among all the interested, we achieve the MOQ for each color and this way, be possible to produce those small quantities making happy everybody.

The hat define the personality

Hats, Caps & Beanies, for man, woman, and children, classic or modern, made in all type the materials, are the new products that our customers can now to add to their collections.

As you know, in our community we do not have only the producers of clothing and footwear, but we also we have all producers for all type of accessories and brand materials, like woven labels, hang tag labels and so on.

And buy these products in separate process, is a question of good sense, safeness and the best way to reduce the price.

Let me explain:

1 – First of all, brand materials are the property of the customer and is the identity of his product, should be controlled very well by him or by us under his request.
2 – And this way, we should develop and produce always in the same place, in order to receive the same product on later deliveries and to know who produced those products;
3 – There is always a price for initial development so this way, we don´t need to pay that development when need to produce more labels;
4 – With all suppliers, how much is the quantity, the lower will be the price, so is more profitable, to produce at once all material needed for all suppliers involved in customer collection;
5 – We should send only the quantity enough for each order and not more; first to avoid counterfeiting and second to avoid the wast; the statistics say, that normally the supplier loses between 5% and 10% of the labels when they are not controlled.
6 – If we have the labels available in stock, easier we can start to produce new orders.

Well, there will more reasons for sure, but I think these six are enough to understand why the branding materials should be a separate process.

All Micro factories for StartUps completely busy

In six months, our experimental Micro Factories to help StartUps and small business start, became a huge success. The first four factories are now completely busy till July and there are at least five customers, that want to reserve production for all the year.

Is our intention now, is to enlarge the experience to more three factories, in order to consolidate the model, rectify procedures and then, decide if there is conditions to increase until 10 factories, all of them on knitwear sector.

For clothing made with woven fabrics, soon we hope to have good news. In fact, next week we will start negociations in order to bring a new Micro Factory to produce, shirts, blouses, skirts and dresses, with your models and quantities that you really need. If you are one of the customers interested on this type of production, please contact us.

We took the opportunity to clarify some questions placed by several customers.

For small quantities (knitwear), the customer have to choose the knit available on our catalogues or also there is a the possibility that the customer send himself the raw material and the factory will provide the service CMT or CM.

The minimum quantity that the customer must to purchase is a roll, whose weight is between 20 and 25 Kg. so, the number of pieces to be produced ,depend on the its consumption, but the customer should try to produce at least 50 units by model and colour.

The Startups don´t need to worry about the brand material, we will take care of it, but to have a competitive price, the minium is 1500 units. The labels are manage by us, this way we will send only the quantity needed to the supplier or suppliers to produce the several orders.
